Long time, no flap. Its been a while and I've only popped back to add a little recipe of a curry

Its been a while but Taking It Easy is back again. Been too busy to sort out the site. But its back again
just so I can leave it festering for a few more months :)

Just added a new tip thingy to the Tricks and Tips page. Basically in a nutshell
its about how to get a DVD to play on a multi-region Toshiba SD210E, although this may apply to other
players also. Looks like the copy-protection boys knackered it for some of us multi-region owners, even
though its a legitimate Region 2 DVD being played in a Region 2 zone (yeah, I know its a multi-region
player but you know what I mean).

Ok, long time since last update, just soooooo busy. Happy New Year y'all. Some of the

Fixed a dumb bug in AutoUpdater which caused the
update file to be downloaded twice if the -noinfo switch was used.
|

So you have the latest nVidia drivers? You've tried to fix that stupid 60Hz refresh rate
problem and it didn't work with the tool you found because it supports only an older version
of the Denonator drivers? Well fear not, give this tool a try. It can be found on the
Tricks and Tips page.

Its like I've just realised I have a website and I've pulled my finger out to get a few
things done on it lol. Well I've added an intro page...ok not very clever but its only
using javascript so c'mon give us a break. Hope you enjoyed the Sheep On Drugs sound bite.
Oh and I've finally imported the old guestbook data, re-formatted the layout and fixed that
damn date problem with the guestbook, so why not pop along and
sign it.

A few little things done to the grab section. Also put
up the EXE and sourcecode for the AutoUpdater program.
A useful little tool/add-on for downloading zip packages and installing them etc.

Changed a couple of things in the layout. I did actually put more pictures up of
the clan meet in the gallery a while ago but
forgot to update this page hehe. Take it easy...

Probably not a good idea that you look at these pictures in the new
gallery but what the heck, just make sure
you have a sick bag ready. Stick around for more because I've found some from
last years meet for Stephs 18th Birthday plus at the end of the month expect
some sordid scenes from the =Plotz= clan meet. You just better hope Fallen keeps
his todger to himself, God only knows what he is going to be bringing back.

not been able to post enough news items to cover them! Use the in program

Been spending a little bit of time writing a server monitor for RTCW. Also
had to get back into C++ for the auto updater :( Well its still beta and is
bound to need loadsa stuff doing to it but go take a look
here.
